1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website or hiring Cascade GreenWorks for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or schedule services.

2. Our Services

Cascade GreenWorks provides lawn care, hedge and shrub trimming, yard cleanups, and related landscape maintenance services in Washington State.

All work is subject to weather, property access, and safe working conditions. We reserve the right to delay or decline service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of review. If actual conditions differ (heavy overgrowth, hidden debris, pet waste, blocked access, etc.), pricing may be adjusted with client approval.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for 14 days.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may be subject to reasonable late fees as permitted under Washington law.

5. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days.

Please:

• Secure pets
   
• Remove personal property from work areas
   
• Mark irrigation heads, invisible fences, and known hazards
   

Cascade GreenWorks is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

Missed appointments or denied access may result in a service charge.

6. Debris & Cleanup

Standard services include removal of normal green waste generated during the job unless otherwise agreed. Large debris removal or hauling beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cascade GreenWorks is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Damage caused by hidden or unmarked objects
• Underground utilities not marked through Washington 811
• Normal plant decline due to weather, pests, or disease
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Washington Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes arising from services performed by Cascade GreenWorks shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington State.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided under applicable Washington consumer protection laws.

9. Website Use

All content on this Site is the property of Cascade GreenWorks. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
